FIGHTING FOR YOUR DAUGHTERS

The democratic House is holding up a vote to ban males in females sports and locker rooms.  This is infringing on females rights and puts them in danger.  We need to protect our daughters and grand daughters from being targets of identity debates.  This isn't advancement of women, the policies being proposed will take them in the opposite direction.

The State should not have more rights over children than parents have. Currently there are debates and proposed legislation that would allow public schools to advance transgender and classroom instruction on gender identity without parental knowledge or permissions.  

 We need to place greater focus on our veterans who have stepped forward to serve, as well as on their families who endure time apart from loved ones while they fight to protect us. This became very personal to me and my family in 2025 when my own brother was in desperate need of services that he had earned, but due to money and policy, he was pushed from one facility to another that his veteran benefits did not cover.

Pennsylvania has the third highest tax rate on gas and meanwhile we have terrible infrastructure as compared to our neighboring States that have far less gas tax.  Democrats are quick to point out that it was Republican Tom Corbett that raised the gas tax.  They are correct.  He was a one term governor and we've had 12 years of Democrat Governor leads and the past four years control of the House, yet it has never been addressed as it continues to soar.

House democrats failed our Seniors in March 2026 when they pulled a strategic move to make the reduction of property tax for Seniors and disabled unconstitutional.  I will work to help Seniors afford to stay in their homes.

Shapiro and House Democrats currently are working on a budget that has greater expense than income.  This is unacceptable.  We as homeowners need to live within our means and it's time our Government does the same.  While some would argue that it is unrealistic, starting with a zero based budget (at some point) would be worth looking at.  We need to hold those who receive state funding more accountable by providing periodic reviews to see how money is being utilized vs just handing out funding without checks and balances.
